There are only a few charitable organizations that have truly pledged to save the polar bear. Many charities claim to fight global warming, but the ones listed below prioritize protecting the polar bear from multiple threats, and this includes trophy hunting.

Defenders of Wildlife - One of the more active organizations that is fighting for the survival of the polar bear. Please visit their website to learn more about what they do.

Humane Society of the United States - An organization that fights for the rights of animals worldwide. They have taken multiple steps to stop polar bear hunting such as directly urging the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) to disallow imports of trophies from polar bears.

International Fund for Animal Welfare - An organization that works to improve animal welfare, prevent animal cruelty and abuse. One of their goals is to end polar bear trophy hunting by pressuring the US government to ban imports of polar bear trophies hunt.
